Refund policy

At TATSA HOME, every product is handcrafted with care using natural materials such as rattan, mother-of-pearl, shell inlay, bamboo, and woven fibres. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, texture, weave, finish, and size may occur. These natural variations make every piece unique and are not considered defects.

Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, labels, invoice, and accessories.

Returns are accepted only for:
Wrong product delivered
Damaged product received
Manufacturing defect
Approved return request within the return window

Returns are not accepted for:
Products damaged due to customer handling
Used, washed, altered, or stained products
Products without original packaging
Sale, clearance, or promotional items
Customized, personalized, bulk, or corporate gifting orders
Minor handmade variations in texture, weave, colour, pattern, shell, or mother-of-pearl inlay

Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@tatsahome.com with your order number, clear photos, and a short video of the product and packaging. After verification, we will offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on product availability and case approval.

Return Shipping
For returns due to change of preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. If the return is due to a wrong item, damaged item, or verified defect, TATSA HOME will arrange or reimburse return shipping where applicable.

Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Bank/payment gateway timelines may vary.

Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the same item is unavailable, we may offer store credit, replacement with another item, or refund after approval.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. After delivery, the order will be handled as per our return policy.
