TATSA HOME ships handcrafted home décor and gifting products across serviceable locations in India.

Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation. During festive seasons, sale periods, or bulk order periods, processing may take longer.

Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery usually takes 5–10 working days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier serviceability. Remote locations may take additional time.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment. Any additional charges such as COD fee, express shipping fee, gift wrapping, or special packaging charges will be displayed before order confirmation where applicable.

Tracking Details
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or through the order tracking page, depending on available contact details.

Delivery Attempts
Please ensure that the shipping address and phone number are correct. If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged Package
If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery, please take photos before opening and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@tatsahome.com.

Delays
TATSA HOME is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, public holidays, strikes, natural events, incorrect address, or circumstances beyond our control. However, we will support you in tracking and resolving shipment concerns.

International Shipping
International shipping is currently available only if confirmed by TATSA HOME before order placement. Duties, taxes, and customs charges, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.
